We are committed to providing authentic health, wellness, skincare, and personal care products with reliable service. If you are not fully satisfied with your order due to an eligible issue, we are here to assist you.
Return Policy
To request a return, the customer must provide valid proof that the delivered product has an issue. A return request may be accepted under the following conditions:
The wrong product was delivered.
The delivered product is different from what was ordered.
The product quantity is incorrect.
The product is damaged during delivery.
The product has a short expiry date.
The product is defective or unusable at the time of delivery.
Customers are strongly advised to check the product carefully in front of the delivery representative. If there is any issue with the delivered product, customers should inform Rejuva Pharma immediately.
For any product complaint after delivery, customers must contact our support team within 6 hours of receiving the order with proper evidence, such as clear photos, invoice, and order details.
Medicine Return Due to Prescription Change
If a doctor changes the prescribed medicine after purchase, the customer may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the product.
In this case, the customer must provide:
Previous doctor’s prescription
Updated doctor’s prescription
Purchase invoice
Product name and quantity to be returned
Required replacement medicine name and quantity
The return or exchange request will be reviewed and confirmed by the Rejuva Pharma support team.
Non-Returnable Products
The following products are not eligible for return:
Opened, used, or partially used products
Products with damaged or tampered packaging
Products with broken seals
Products marked as non-returnable on the product page
Temperature-sensitive products such as vaccines, insulin, or similar items
Products without original packaging
Products damaged due to misuse
Products without invoice or valid purchase proof
Products that do not match the original delivered item
Customers should not accept any product if the package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery.
Return Charges
If the return is required due to a mistake from Rejuva Pharma, such as wrong product, wrong quantity, damaged item, or short expiry product, the customer will not have to pay any return delivery charge.
If the return is requested due to customer-end issues, such as wrong order placement, invalid prescription, extra medicine ordered, or prescription change, the customer may need to bear the return delivery cost. In such cases, a service charge of up to 15% may be deducted from the invoice value.
Refund Policy
Refunds may be processed under the following conditions:
The customer completed payment but the order could not be fulfilled.
The ordered product is unavailable.
The customer placed a wrong order and requested cancellation before processing.
The product was returned and approved after quality checking.
Once the refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 1 to 7 working days.
Refunds will be made through the original payment method or an official digital refund channel. In some cases, the refund amount may be added to the customer’s Rejuva Pharma wallet or reward balance for future purchases.
Cash refunds are not applicable unless officially approved by Rejuva Pharma.
Product Verification
After receiving the returned product, Rejuva Pharma will inspect the product to confirm whether it is eligible for return or refund.
If the product is found opened, used, damaged, tampered with, or not suitable for resale, the return or refund request may be rejected.
Delivery Cost
Delivery charges are non-refundable.
If a return is requested due to customer-end reasons, the return delivery cost may be deducted from the refund amount.
Product Availability
All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. If any product becomes unavailable after order placement or payment, Rejuva Pharma will contact the customer and arrange a replacement, wallet adjustment, or refund.
